Kogei Pet Studio emerged from an observation that pets deserve thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of finding beauty in simplicity, we developed a collection of pet accessories that focus on both form and function.
The word "Kogei" (工芸) means "craft" or "industrial art" in Japanese, reflecting our focus on traditional artisanal skills. Each piece in our collection is selected to embody principles of Japanese design: simplicity, natural materials, and mindful functionality.
Based in Osaka, we work to bridge traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern pet care needs, offering curated imports and private label designs.
We view pets as family members who deserve spaces and accessories that reflect care, quality, and aesthetic consideration. Our design philosophy draws from Japanese concepts of "wabi-sabi" (finding beauty in imperfection and impermanence) and "ma" (the purposeful use of space).
